Apostille (Hague Convention)

Important Notary Appointment Guidelines

  • Bring A Valid Photo ID: A passport, driver’s license, or government-issued ID is required to confirm your identity.

  • Do Not Sign In Advance: The Notary Public must witness your signature. Sign only in their presence.

  • The Signer Must Be Present: Notarization cannot be done on behalf of someone who isn’t there.

  • Complete All Details: Fill out the document beforehand except for the signature and date to avoid delays.

  • Bring Original & Copy: For certified copies, bring both the original document and a photocopy.

  • Arrive On Time: Appointments are scheduled; arriving late may result in rescheduling or cancellation.
